    Our service is structured around the Clear Buyer Method. We clarify and calibrate each buyer's brief, search across the market, pre-screen every shortlisted property, coordinate formal legal due diligence with a PPAT notary and independent legal and tax consultants, lead negotiations on the buyer's behalf, and remain reachable for 12 months after the keys change hands.

    Fullers represents buyers across Bali's primary residential and investment areas — Canggu, Pererenan, Berawa, Seminyak, Uluwatu, Bingin, Bukit Peninsula, Ubud, and Sanur — with selective coverage of emerging zones in North and East Bali.

    Foreigners cannot hold freehold (Hak Milik) title in Indonesia. Available legal structures include leasehold (Hak Sewa), Right to Use (Hak Pakai) for KITAS or KITAP holders, and PT PMA company ownership of HGB title for commercial use. We help buyers choose the structure that fits their residency, intended use, and exit plan.

    Pursuant to Law No. 7 of 2011 on Currency, as implemented under Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 17/3/PBI/2015, all transactions, payments, and settlements within the Republic of Indonesia must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
