Fullers Properties was founded by Jason Fuller and Andy Kun — a co-founder team built around a single conviction: international buyers in Bali deserve someone on their side of the table.
Jason brings the operational discipline — process, methodology, and the systems that make a buyer-side advisory model actually work in a market that has never had one before. Andy leads client strategy and the buyer relationship, drawing on a decade of watching foreign buyers navigate the Bali property market — and seeing what tends to go wrong when no one independent is in the room.
The team behind us — client experience, operations, creative, marketing — is small, named internally, and accountable. You won't be passed between a chain of agents. The advisory work is done by the people whose names are on the wall.
If we wouldn't put our own family in the property, we won't give it to you. That standard exists because it's how we'd want to be treated if the roles were reversed.
