Why Fullers
A buyer-side advisory in a market built around the seller.
Fullers Properties is a buyer-centric Bali real estate firm, representing international buyers from Singapore, Sydney, Hong Kong, Dubai, London, and the US. Most agents in Bali are paid by the seller. We're not. We work for the buyer — paid through a separate Buyer Advisory Fee, disclosed in writing before any work begins.
We're a licensed Indonesian real estate agency (PT UMA MBAKUL DUTTA) and an AREBI member — Indonesia's national real estate brokers' association. Every property we feature passes our internal pre-screening: title, permits, zoning, rental viability, exit liquidity. The risky ones don't reach you.
After Letter of Intent, we coordinate official legal due diligence with a PPAT notary and independent legal and tax consultants. We don't replace them — we run the process around them.
If we wouldn't put our own family in the property, we won't give it to you. The same standard applies whether you're spending $300K or $3M.
