Fullers Properties exists to raise the standard of how international buyers acquire property in Bali. The market has historically operated on opacity, commission-driven incentives, and information asymmetry between local sellers and foreign buyers. We're building the alternative — a buyer-centric advisory model with structured verification, written deliverables, and accountability to the person writing the cheque.
Beyond the transaction, we're committed to the communities we work within. We allocate 2% of our profits to social impact initiatives in Bali and Eastern Indonesia — focused on education, sustainable development, and long-term support for the people whose island we operate on.
The properties we represent sit on Balinese land. The notaries, legal partners, builders, and property managers we coordinate with are part of Bali's working economy. Treating that ecosystem with care — paying fair fees, respecting local custom, and contributing back — isn't a marketing exercise. It's the cost of doing business honestly here.
We won't put our own family in a property we wouldn't trust. We won't operate in a community we wouldn't invest in.
